Mischa Barton has left one producer of her new movie Homecoming fuming after she canceled her appearance at the film’s New York premiere on Thursday July 16th amid reports of a breakdown.

A Los Angeles Police Department spokesperson has confirmed the former The O.C. star called officials to her Hollywood home on Wednesday for assistance “with a medical issue”.
